The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and attractions. the rooms are cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the bathroom is well-maintained with hot water available in the mornings. the service is prompt and the staff is friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. the complementary breakfast offers a variety of delicious options.
The noise level at night can be disruptive, especially with the echo effect in the corridors.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday in Shillong and had a pleasant stay. The hotel offered us a decent discount on the room rates, which was a great bonus. The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were well-maintained. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was centrally located and we didn't have to go far to find everything we needed. the staff provided good service and the food was tasty.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the rooms were not soundproof, so we could sometimes hear noises from outside, which was a bit disturbing.
